BB facing after powdercoating

A friend of mine is getting his frame powdercoated by Powdercoat Studio and his is filling out their request form and it asks the following question:

Bottom Bracket Facing
Right side only _____ for most cartridge bottom brackets
Both sides _____ for older style with adjustable cups
Neither side ____ for Phil Wood type bottom bracket

He will be installing an external bearing Shimano style bottom bracket and this doesn't match any of their options...so how should the bottom bracket be faced for this style bb?

Also, has anyone used Powdercoat Studio?

Both sides - the cups thread into both sides and faces must be parallel.
