It's a wonder that guys like Russ and KeithA, who live in the flats of Florida, are just so darn fast in the hills. Trust me. It ain't no exaggeration.

Happy birthday! Come see us in the Finger Lakes! Winter is good too, we'll snowshoe and ski!

Hey guys,

Sorry I did not check the on the Forum on my B-Day!
Guess what? I decided to make this day a FULL rest day from everything!

No hills, no riding, no working, no nothing! I just relaxed and thought about how good it is to be alive and healthy.

Thanks again! It is so nice to have such a cool group of friends here at the forum....

I will be posting pictures of my new bikes soon!

Sorry Johny.... All my bikes are still UCI legal :p No 12 pounder this year....
