can you re-anodize?

if a frame is anodized (say blue) can you strip and reanodize a different finish?
is it any easier to go from a light color to dark (say silver to black)?

alternatively, can you powdercoat an anodized frame?

Yes u can, the issue is who will do it for 1 piece, i mean sure somebody can the problem is to find it.

Always u can do it at home too with a home kit, u can even chrome at home.

Yes u can powder coat anodizing too, as long is metal u can powder coat it, but it depends of the frame too, if you have a bonded frame i wouldnt put that in the oven because it could harm the bonding agent (but who knows), bonding frames like alan or vitus.

Yes u can go with a different fiinsh, strip the old one and finish with another anodizing color.
