I have read some feedback that it is crazy fun, but most tires are like wheelchair tires and really heavy and not agressive. Almost like slicks.

Not sure how crazy it would be.

Yeah, that's sort of what prompted me to look at 36" stuff. That thing is goofy though, pennyfarthers had huge wheels for a reason. Doesn't look like you could go more than 10 mph on flat ground there (who wants to do the gearing calculation?). Maybe with an internally geared hub needs to be introduced to the builder?

There's a 36er production cruiser out there. I'm not big on the cruisers, but if a used 36er like that Waltworks up top ever showed up in the classifieds I'd be all over it.

Fit right in with my "freak show" bikes like the Pugsley, Big Dummy and Moonlander.

Black Sheep had a cool 36'er at NAHBBS. Nice proportions. I liked it.

I think the problem with the Porsche 36er above is that the frame is too small.
