The combination of those wheels and those pedals is...eccentric. As for whether it's a scam, only the large number of positive feedback makes me pause before saying yes.

Actually, the feedback is weird, too. It seems like the seller typically deals in Civil-War-era images not bikes. I'd stay away, I think, but I'm pretty cautious about eBay.
