Seat tube diameter? - 2005 Fierte IT

My 2005 Fierte IT has a ti seat tube with a shim to fit 27.2 seatposts. Does anyone know offhand what the actual inner diameter of the seat tube is?

I'm thinking of either replacing it with another shim or just getting a bigger seatpost. Right now, when I try to adjust my seatpost, the shim moves in the seat tube, not the post. No, the shim is not bonded to my post, but it does 'stick' to the post more than to the seat tube. So it pulls out when I try to raise my seat, etc.

Unless it got changed, it should be 30.9. I'd keep the shim--27.2 posts are plentiful, and it pretty much guarantees you'll never have a carbon post seized to the ti tube.

Edit--saw you're having an issue w/ the shim sticking to the post--just use more grease/carbon grease and move it up and down along the post to loosen it (with the post out of the bike, of course).
