Did anyone catch the story that Dario Frigo was a non-starter today at the Tour because he and his wife were arrested when police found bottles (or empties - I forget which) of EPO in his wife's car? :eek: :no:

Has to be one of the stupider reasons for being a non-starter. Especially in this day and age. :butt:

If it is true he really is dumb and done too because he got busted a couple years ago too.

The comment on one of the early TdF newsflashes, but I don't remember if it was OLN or procycling.com.

Now the big question!

Will Patrick L at Quick step hire him immediatly (he's got a thing for "Second chance" riders...) and will Fassa do what they did last time and Fire him immediatly as an example of how "the team is against drug use" only to hire him back 4 months later... Again.

I heard on Eurosport that Ferreti is supposed to announce at the Tour (soon) whether or not he's got a replacement for Fassa. If he doesn't, his chances have been hurt...
