Need 29.8 mm clamp

I have a 1998 Serotta titanium frame. I've measured the seat tube several times. It appears to me to be 29.8 mm outside diameter. I can't find a Campy clamp that size or smaller. I want to put a Campy braze-on front derailleur on the bike. Do I get larger clamp and shim it or am I just not looking in the right place?

What model is the frame? Your measurement is between sizes. Serottas with tapered diameter seat tubes use 35 mm clamp FDs. If your frame has a constant diameter seat tube, I'd guess it's 32 mm.

Why not just run a 31.8 clamp with 28.6 shims? Finding a current 29 FD is pretty tough.
