Jet black. Not a single Cervelo decal showing anywhere.

Prototype? Someone else's frame?

Hey Pez, fill us in. ;)

Pretty damning that they're using Shimano cassette and chain on a SRAM Red bike. And boy, he's all legs and pretty flexible!

I don't understand how cervelo comes up with their geometry. With their previous bikes, they forced a 73 degree seat angle on everyone, every size.
Now with this one they made it 72. Why? Even Tom Danielson needs a straight post with his saddle jammed forward..

I missed that story, thanks.

Not necessarily that damning about the cassette.

SRAM comes 11-26 or 11-28 and the Shimano is 11-27. It might just be that the ratios were better suited for his pedaling style.

The chain - who knows????

Damn, long legs, 10cm drop, saddle slammed forward. I am gonna change my position today!!!

$9K for a frame!!! Those Garmin head units must weigh a lot or else the SRM as I would have thought with a 700 g frame and these specs it would be hard to meet the UCI minimum weight criteria.

It's black decals on nude carbon if you look close. Neat.

I thought this was the case too, but now the Cervelo site is showing 73.

Not sure what the deal actually is.

Liggett kept saying the choppy signal was due to mountain thunderstorms in the area interfereing with the helicopter signal.

It got better when they got closer to the trucks and the signal was more direct.

Very frustrating.

On another note, someone better get some moto drivers who know what they're doing. One almost messed up the second sprint and then the ensuing attempt at a breakaway.

there must be a lot of stress on that seat post. need to see him actually riding this thing to comment on the drop.

doesn't it seem as though that seat post has an awfully 'long' cradle/clamping device to grab rails? wouldn't that limit fore/aft tweakability of saddle using that post?

His miniscule 130 pounds should help. Plus the post is probably not as long as it looks because the frame is so small. Any 700 gram frame is another issue.
