i was riding my Lynskey while this earthquake purported struck. I didn't feel anything, so i'm going with Ti.

Paper mache frame with styrofoam disk wheels would be my choice. I'd fill the frame with candy in case it broke. The pinata-esque experience would make a cracked frame worthwhile.

Because it is made from nature's material you would feel the quake before it actually happened, just about at the same time as the birds and cats and gerbils all start going crazy.
