Ergott again has worked his magic with Enve rims, Paul front and rear flip flop hub. Wheel set weighed in at 1200 grams. Eric your work is top notch! More pics to follow once their in my hands.

Thanks

I can't either. Eric had the hubs aniodized to match up with the frame. Should be built within the next two weeks.

Hey Jack -- So what are you getting from Hampsten?

Already in hand a Gran Paradiso titanium fixed road frame. My normal road geo with fixed rear matched up with a Enve 1.0 fork and now a killer set of Ergott wheels. I have everthing except the cranks. I'm thinking of going with White Industries cranks but I'm open to hearing what people think. Wheels will take a week to get to me so I have a little time.

i'm a pretty big fan of srams single cranks, i've got a few thousand on a set, and they've been solid, through all sorts of nasty conditions too, winter training bike...

Beautiful cranks. They might clash with the Campy record brakes and record shifters. I have a brand new set of 7710's but their 165mm length and I need 172.5mm. Anybody want to trade a set?

How about the previous generation Dura-Ace 7600 with a square taper bottom bracket. Looks pretty sweet.

Not sure yet. I have to ride it at least once. :)

Quick question for the fixed riders.
Are you running 1/8inch or 3/32inch in the rear and what chain size. I run a 8 speed chain on my monutain SS and a 1/8inch chain on a track bike.

Thanks

I prefer 3/32 on my road fixed. But, frankly, I've reduced my road fixed riding to pretty casual outings, and would probably go 1/8 if it was going to get heavier-duty use, which is what I used to have installed when I used a road fixed bike for intense training runs.

Also, this? I think it is one of the better-looking (retro-styled) single cranks - along with the White's - I've used, and it is quite stiff.

ORMojo -- That crankset is pretty sweet! Surprisingly it is from FSA...I didn't expect that.

Jack,

Every time you purchase/sell a frame I kick myself for being a groundhugger.

Please shrink. You are 2cm too big and I'm simply not willing to put anything shorter than a 120 on my bike.

Sincerely,
Me
