glad that's not my size
wish i was taller
wish i was shorter
i would buy that but I am broke
my wife would kill me
not related to seller
let me know if you want to part that out
wish that head tube was taller
what is the biggest tire I can fit in that fork
how do i mount a tubular tire
do an advanced search for tubular and 11.4
that would look better with classic bend bars
that would look better with polished parts
across the hall
that would look good with some matching handlebra

can anyone think of any others?

"It's no good, so let me help you: Please box it up and send it to me..."

Or words to that effect. I'm sure that was funny, once.

Also, a personal favorite:

"I was in full kit, and..."
I'm still trying to find the UCI definition of half and three quarter kit, and which cafes that will get you kicked out of.

"Dialed in"

"It's a keeper"

"Thinning the herd"

These often refer to the same bike, after the passage of time. For example:

"My new custom ********** is perfectly dialed in, without doubt the best bike I've ever ridden. It's a keeper."

A few months later, the same bike appears in the Classifieds: "I wish I didn't have to sell this **********, but I'm thinning the herd to make way for a new bike."

Seriously. I'm not entering it into weight watchers and I'd rather have a comfortable bike than a light one. I'm not saying I want a 43 lbs dutch boat anchor that's difficult to move, but if it's 22 lbs, that's no different to me than if it's 20.

"Why not just get a cassette with larger cogs?"

"Why would you need a triple?"

Here's a meta one that's often related to these 3:
