Thought I'd give a shout out to this company for their customer service. At the first of the year, I put on a ceramic bottom bracket from VCRC on one of my bikes, just as an experiment. After about 1500 miles, I noticed some play in the cranks, so I contacted them via email. Within a few hours, I got a reply, and after some consultation, they mailed out some new dust caps and grease, which are normally something you have to pay for. The new dust caps fit better and eliminate play.
I was totally impressed with how they handled this. And, BTW, I really like their bottom brackets. :)
