Gary from TLC in RALEIGH was at the parking lot when I went to pick up Phil at the end of the ride.
Phil's chain has a"mind of its own" and so a woman had brought Phil up to the school where I was to pick him up. AS I got there, Gary was just finishing his ride, and there was a light drizzle but.....
Gary aka "TLC4Bikes" asked if we would like him to take a look at bike. IN less than 5 minutes. he fixed Phil's chain and had the bike back in operation.
Gary, thanks and I WILL SEE YOU WITH A BOTTLE OF WINE.
