Liberty - Seguros bike handle bar tape?

Anyone know what type of bar tape Manolo specs for his team's bikes? It doesn't look like cork of any type. It looks more rubbery and plastic like with raised dimples. Looks like it might be nice on the hands. I find the cork a little slippery when sweaty as there is no surface texture to help the grip.
