Ti Fork

I bought this fork recently but still do not know who made it. Is this made be Serotta ? Appreciate if someone could help.

It is threadless, and feels very light. The colour is greyish matt instead of polish titanium. I am pretty sure it is titanium( magnet does not work). Not steel, and small welds => titanium.
