Bonktown/Giordana warranty?

Anyone ever do a warranty claim on a Giordana item that they got through Bonktown? My Body Clone bibs got a hole in them somehow, after only 3 months of use. Never crashed, hand washed w/ Woolite after every ride, always hang-dried.

Did I forego my warranty by purchasing them at an ultra-discount from Bonktown?

I would contact the folks at Real Cyclist first; I find their staff to be great to work with on all matter. If that fails, I say go to Giordana directly, or better yet, find a LBS who deals with them.

And I wouldn't use Woolite, it's a harsh product, regardless of what the stigma behind it would have you belive. A bit of diluted dish washing detergent is best, and easiest on the fabrics.

I would feel a lot sheepish taking it to the LBS....so much so, I wouldn't do it. Shouldn't have it both ways. Fortunately, Bonktown is really good regarding returns.
