here we have a little chance to make history.
at the moment, central park is a car expressway with nice trees and a couple of ponds for much of the day, especially before work when thousands of people are exercising.
runners, walkers, bladers, cyclists then throw in speeding cars driven with the ny 'get the f$#% outta my way' attitude. i've seen some horrible crashes.
