It is probably one of the "Chinarellos" doing the rounds, you can buy them directly for this cost. Painted exactly to look like a Pinarello. It is hard to see on the picture but there are subtle differences such as a clamp on FD instead of braze mounting. RBR has extensive discussions on these frames.

The pictures are questionable too. Seems fragmented. Usually with ebay if it seems to good to be true it probably is. OR maybe its a fairly new seller whos trying to launch popularity to their items and then in time will jack up their prices? Just a thought. I'd not wanna chance it myself. :butt:

Definitely a "Chinarello," or rather, a frame that didn't leave the Pinarello "factory."

Check out the slick, yet ambiguous, ad copy:

if you strongly suspect this is a counterfeit Pinarello frame (and I agree), you CAN do something about it.

Why spend 1000 bucks for it if you can get it for 700 or maybe less and painted like that one anyways? Use the guy for an extra 300 bucks is like too much if you ask me. well you play safe tho.
