Serotta finish question

The 1/2 Ti 1/2 paint finish on my 2003 Legend has this
1/8" white tape applied between the paint and bare Ti transitions on down
tube, seat tube and seat stays.

Lately it's starting to peel a little and I'd like to replace it with new stuff
(maybe wider or a different color) It must be higher tech than just electrical
tape as it has lasted for 8 years of cleaning and degreasing.

Anybody know what that stuff is called and where I can get some?

It looks to be the same material that one would use to pinstripe a car.
