Not too tight, you don't want to puncture the epidermis with an errant fingernail, and you certainly don't want to over-squeeze a nut.

hey as woody allen said...half of life is just showing up! bet the laps you did do, though, were good training. i heard there was a prem every lap, so the racing was off the hook.

those sisters kicked *** back the da day, tri-athletically speaking. saw them up close once at a tri we competed in. more accurately: i saw them at the start. then i saw them as i finished and they were collecting the trophies, after having showered, and probably napped. :D
