Someone on another forum mentioned the radio issue. I don't want to open the debate of radio use in the peleton but It seems that instead of calling out the dangers of the narrow roads and dangerous turns, the directors are just yelling for everybody to get to the front!

There is way too much stuff going on on the roads of the grand tours that is not on a bicycle. They need to clean it up.

Teams have gotten used to radio communications. The radio ban is too much
change all at once IMO.

With all the new tech out there, why can't they go to a text alert info system that the rider can read off his bar mounted computer?
Less obtrusive, no ear plug, one way comm only from the car.

This could serve to update riders with more safety and be a good compromise.
