Anybody knows this piece???

I put my eye in a frame but the seatpost binder bolt thingy is not there. the ears in the tubing are there tho. The binder should looks like the cinelli super corsa one, two bolts at each side and a center piece (or two) but maybe shorter...

Like the one in this picture??? I know some EM have them, anybody have an idea or have one moving around?

Anybody knows the exact name or where to find one???

Looks to me like the frame pictured is totally custom, including the binder bolt. I'm not totally sure how that clamp works, but since the caption says it is segmented, the two wedges are probably drawn together to clamp the post.

Asking because the EM arcobaleno has the same system and maybe the thing came with the max tubing or somebody made them??

You might have better luck finding that part or locating a source by posting your question on the Framebulders' Collective (http://www.framebuilderscollective.org/forum/) forum or at the Velocipede Salon (http://www.velocipedesalon.com/forum/forum.php) forums, where a lot of framebuilders participate.
