Prowheelbuilder's spoke calc will let you modify the dimensions. If you can accurately measure the hub, just enter in the dimensions.

If you can't measure them, perhaps DT has the specs available.

Prowheelbuilder's database shows the 240 hub in 135mm only. It shows the 540 hub as either 140 or 145mm.

Fortunately, everything you'll need can be found at your fingertips (and by that I mean on the internet, which presumably you have access to if you are reading this).

The first thing you'll need is a spoke calculator, such as Spocalc, a downloadable Excel spreadsheet application that can be downloaded from here: Spocalc (http://sheldonbrown.com/rinard/spocalc.htm). Or there are a variety of on-line spoke length calculators, such as this one which is on the DT Swisses web site: http://www.dtswiss.com/SpokesCalc/Calculator.aspx

Both of these have a database of different hubs and rims. Unfortunately, neither appear to have the particular models of hub and rim you need, so you'll have to dig up the information and enter it into the calculator manually.

For the rim, the only dimension you need is the ERD (Effective Rim Diameter). The Stan's No Tubes web page for Crest rims (http://www.notubes.com/Crest-Rims-C54.aspx) gives the ERD of the 29'er version as 605 mm.

For the hub, you'll need the spoke hole diameter and the offset-from-center dimension for each flange, plus the spoke hole diameter. The DT Swiss Tech Specs web page (http://www.dtswiss.com/getdoc/5604d598-3e10-4961-ab0f-916488868c38/TechnicalDatasheet.aspx) gives these dimensions:

Left flange: 57.0 mm diameter, 53.4 mm offset.
Right flange: 47.5 mm diameter, 19.4 mm offset
Spoke hole diameter: 2.5 mm

Enter these values into any spoke length calculator, as well as the total number of spokes and the number of crossings on each side, and you should get the correct spoke lengths for the left and right spokes.
