Come on, people! What is the matter with you? Is it a good idea to have your dog or your parrot in your lap or on your shoulder while you drive a motor vehicle ???

If I were a cop, I'd pull these folks over and give 'em a stern lecture and a friggin ticket!!

End of rant, thank you.

:crap:

1. The dog is there to give directions on how to most efficiently and effectively maneuver the car.

2. The parrot is there to repeat the directions over and over for Dr Doofus, who seldom understands the dog's directions the first or second time. :) :)

Naw, Rhea Basset has her own license. She's good to go in 49 states (we won't bring up the Delaware incident. )

I think they must be "guide dogs", what other reason would there be for having an animal perched on your shoulder while driving? The same people place them in their shopping carts in stores.
