My rear hub was not free spinning on my tandem causing my chain to slap the chain stay when coasting. I just de-greased the chain and cassette but feel that I need to take apart the hub and clean and re-lubricate it. I think Co-Motion OEM's these from DT if so am I on the correct pathway to a fix. Thanks

This would be my suggestion. Phil tenacious oil to the freehub pawls and you should be good to go.
Park Tool (http://www.parktool.com/blog/repair-help/freehub-service) has a good page on the topic as well.
Goodluck!

Take apart, clean, lube, oil ratchet mech, put back together. Maybe one of the bearings in the FH body is toasted.
:) , if you need a rear wheel while you work on yours......................

The hubs on the medium priced Co-Motions (Speedster) are DTs. The hubs on the Primera and Mocha are made by someone else, maybe Velocity?
