In Seattle for the past 3 days I have seen 2 or 3 people with the new jersey/bib kits! It's great :)

Serotta HAS had their own company kit in the past and almost every design has featured the big Serotta "S" in the middle of chest and back. I recall 6-7 years ago they did have some jerseys that were red, white, and black, and that may be what he saw.

Order page for this new Forum kit will close July 7 and the goods are due to be shipped to customers on July 29th from Verge's Galactic World HQ in New Windsor NY.

I seem to remember a few years ago a Serotta jersey for sale as part of buying the crash insurance. There is not any now other than the current to be delivered one.

This kit we are selling now is specifically linked to the Serotta FORUM and is branded as such, with the forum name and the web address on it.

They have sold generic company kit in the past and there have been special jerseys you get for joining the owner's club.

But there is currently no Serotta company or owner's club kit that I know of.

The last version of the Owner's Club jersey was a black, red, and white Castelli creation.

The only other black Serotta jersey I am aware of was a VERY limited run of about 18 jerseys done for the year we had the Pan-Mass Challenge Forumite team. These were black, red, and gray from Hincapie and were similar to the red, white, and blue charity jersey we did.

Most of those went to the 14 team members plus Ben, Dave Powers, and our "adopted" team mate Daisy Locke.

That's the first design of the Owner's Club jersey. There was a Louis Garneau version and a Pearl Izumi version of that jersey.

that owner's club jersey is most likely what he saw. Similar to the new Forumites kit when driving by I'm sure.
