I couldn't find any washer to use on my bottom bracket to shim the spider away from the shell a millimeter or so. I have a copper pipe that is just the right diameter and was thinking of cutting the size I need with a metal cutting chop saw. Will there be some kind of galvanic reaction/corrosion between the titanium shell/copper washer/aluminum bearing assembly that threads into the bottom bracket?

U can get 1 mm or 2 mm ones in some bike shops, they usually come in some mtb cranksets and how are not needed some bike shops just stock them for sale or give away. If you google BB spacers you will find a few, even at ebay a guy is selling some that are 1/2 milimeter in SS i believe.

Ask to your LBS, they might have a few.

Some cassette or freewheel spacers are also the right diameter.

You might also look on the Wheels Manufactoring website if you don't have a good shop in your area.

I'm pretty sure copper is a component of the anti-seize recommended for Ti. You should be fine.
