This is a matter of opinion but who makes the most comfortable saddle with a cutout at the lightest weight im thinking selle Italia gel flow or specialized body geo .Looking for the overall opinion of road cyclists in general .
Not a cut out but but does the same.
With proper cycling bibs with not too much padding to shift out of place it's a great saddle.

i've been pretty comfy on the Specialized Toupe 143mm, but they did give me some saddle sores and they start to flex pretty bad after like 8months of use. I'm trying a Selle Italia SLR flow, which is due to arrive today, I hope that works out better

i swear by the selle italia flite genuine gel saddle. I have narrow sit bones (regardless of how big I happen to be) so the 130mm works for me. I found that just the flite was a little too hard for me, but felt great otherwise, so this was my answer.
I have a gel flow at home that I haven't tried yet, honestly I'm not sure I want to mess with a good thing, but I'm curious about the cut out..

I have 3 Selle Italia SLKs. All are reasonably light with a complete cutout (each side in the back is independently supported). The SLK is getting a little hard to find. I think the SLI is made in a similar fashion.
For me, comfort was more about correct width and whether the saddle was mostly flat on top (rather than having a curved contour so that you might sit 'down in' the saddle). I do like the cutout though. No matter which shorts I wear, I get no rubbing issues.

IMO, none! Happily back on a Fizik Arione CX (cheers ricerocket) and zero saddle sores. Burned out my first century on Wednesday and no complaints from anyone ( ;) ) that night.
FYI, I rocked my Saxo Bank kit (Sportful bib shorts) on my NEO for the century.

Competitive Cyslist used to have a saddle loaner program, perhaps a LBS has a similar deal so you can try a few out for an extended time before you buy. Otherwise the only way for us to make an intelligent decision would be for you to post up pictures of your naked arse so we can see what sort of saddle would fit it.
By the way the last part was a joke, please don't post any naked pictures, its lunch time here.

Ha, I'm lovin' this Romin, trade of the century. :)
It comes in a 163g version if you're looking to satisfy the weight weenie in you.

I ride a Fizik Arione and a Selle Italia SLR flow Carbonio saddle and find them both comfortable and I believe the SLR comes in at 125g's if you're a weenie.

Everybody's behind is different, and the perfect saddle for one can be pure torture for someone else. Some love cutouts, others feel as though their naughty bits have been caught in a lobster's claws. Find the one your behind loves, and unless it's one that's been in production for 100+ years and likely to continue so, buy a bunch, or else be prepared to go through it all again in a year or two.
And in my opinion, comfort comes first, and weight is so far distant it's not even visible to the naked eye. There are places to save weight that don't have the potential to cause butt pain the way a saddle can do.
The Romin has been a pleasent surprise. I am going to snag up 11ty of them in case they decide to "improve" them next year
