Hi all,

As you may know I bought that great Hors Cat on ebay a few weeks back with an F1 fork...

I like using Michelin ProRace 2 700 x 25's. The problem is, the clearence of the F1 fork doesnt allow for a 700 x 25 to work...well, I take that back, it does work, just a little too close to the inside of the fork for my comfort level.

So, the question is: Can I use a 700 x 25 on the rear and a 700 x 23 on the front? I mean, I know I can physically...but, will I notice anything weird or different by doing this? Besides aesthetically, I mean. Is this a "kosher" thing to do? Are there any reasons not to do this?

As always, thank you all in advance,

Steve

PS: seems like a simple question, but, maybe I am missing something ( that happens to me quite often)

This is common practice. Conti and Schwalbe even make matched sets where the front tire is narrower.
