I have a set of Mavic CXP33 wheels with Shimano Dura Ace 7400 hubs. I believe they are 32 spoke. Is all that I need to make these wheels Campy compatible is to switch out the hubs? If so, what hubs does anyone recommend?

Thanks.

The easiest would be to run a conversion cassette - Wheels mfg, American classic. You would be better off selling them as is vs rebuilding them IMHO. If the 7400 takes a freewheel ignore the conversion cassette

I think I will sell them. They have an IRD 11-30 cassette, which is really nice for those who don't want to go to a compact crankset.

I like switching hubs... and I like conversion cassettes. I hate selling stuff.

There was a thread recently on lower priced Campy hubs. I'm going to build with the Circus Monkey silver hub next. Looks like a very high quality piece for the price.
