Question regarding the specs on a Meivici

Hello

I bought a 2009 Meivici a couple of years ago from a member of the forum. I'm replacing some parts but can't find the spec sheet for the bike (and I'm stuck at work and don't have access to my frame)

I need to confirm the clamp size for the front derailer (31.8, I think) and I need to confirm the correct headset and size (1 1/8).
