whats the consensus? is this a decent tubeset for a credit card touring frame i'm in the middle of building back up?

I am pretty sure that is what is on my 99 KHS Aero Turbo. Probably got 15k miles with no complaints, it is a small diameter tubing, not that that means anything. Pretty much a lower end True Temper tube set.
