Race Radios, I'm confused

What's the current rule on the use/non use of radios?

Grand tours only?
USA?

Hey VF just thinking this after the Giro crash the other day.
I'm confused also. I'd like to know too.

They're phasing it in over three years. It started with the lower prestige races last year, some more races in 2011, and the last of them in 2012. The Grand Tours will be affected in 2012, I believe.
