Just had an extremely pleasant shopping experience at VeloMine.

I think their prices are very competitive but their service and support is just EXTRAORDINARILY AWESOME.

I bought a 2011 group and Campy hubset from them today.

I never get tired of singing their praises. Their prices are competitive, they offer full warranty coverage, and they know their stuff. For someone like me, someone who doesn't have a Campy shop anywhere nearby, they're just awesome.

+1..I bought my 2010 Super Record and 2011 Record from them. Also, NOS hoods and the shipping for all was quick and efficient. Communication is a plus and they definitely did a good job of that as well.

Agreed, you know what else ? their shipping charges are reasonable. I don't mind paying for reasonable shipping but it P__ses me off when sellers bump the shipping price up to cover their margins.

Couple weeks ago I hit a buy it now on 2 silca pump washers. You know, 1" diameter. On a whim I ordered 2. Guess what, double shipping. And you know what else ? Seller shipped 'em in 2 USPS boxes, 6X6X4. 1 washer in each.

Idiots. No names. Velo-mine is OK.
