Remember when us putzes, trying to be aero 25 years ago, tool the piece of plastic and attached it to the rear wheel?
shimano doing the same thing...but much better.
PLUS Vittoria SC...just got some of these for sale, very nice and seem ala the old CG/CX Vittoria type.
