In celebration of our great pal, Tom Byrnes's 58th birthday while he is away vacationing with family in Italy, we will have Star-Spangled Italian Cream Cake...

A very happy birthday to two of my true pals, Thom and Mavic. And a happy unbirthday to the rest of you!

If I seem absent, I am: off to Costa Rica for a week of yoga but I spent this morning hammering these Bristol Hills hard enough for nearly a week...thank goodness I got in a ride. Take care all!
