OT: Long Shot -- Commercial Real Estate -- Long Island

Since there were a couple of threads about how forumites are so helpful to each other I decided to reach out for some help...

I'm looking to lease a retail space on Long Island in the Nassau/Suffolk area. Do any of you have anything available? Size would have to depend on rent but would need to be in a desirable area. The intended use could possibly be cycling-related.

On an unrelated note, does anyone know of bike shops for sale in a similar area?

There was a shop called Byron Lake Schwinn in Bohemia. The owner of the location owned the shop. He retired from the cycling world. He still owns the space and it was a large location. Part of it was sectioned off already. The rest is still big enough for a nice shop (cycling or not). The location is right on Sunrise Highway so there's lots of exposure. It's easy to find and see from the road-side, right next to a Dunkin Donuts so the parking lot gets plenty of traffic already.
