Seems like there's been a few of these lately, so what the heck...

Just picked up a bike for a friend to start getting miles in prior to ragbrai. It's a bit small at 57cm for a 6'2 rider (I'm thinking a 59-60cm is better because he's not THAT flexible and has a long inseam), but it came equipped w/ campy record for a silly price. In the interest of getting him up and running soon on something closer to fitting w/o breaking the bank, what are some estimates on the actual value of this frame? I've seen them listed just as frames for about $1000 euro, but this isn't new and I have no idea how long ago that price was accurate.

Gorgeous blue color and needs a cleaning, has a EC30 carbon fork w/ record HS. There's definite cable rub in a few areas, but other than that I couldn't find any issues with the frame.

Thanks!
