component size for Serotta

I am interested in purchasing a 2004 Legend Ti ST frame but like to purchase either Record 10 or DA 10 built kit first.
So...

Can anyone help me with verifying
the below component sizes for the frame?

1) BB size (Do I need English or Italian and what mm size ?)

2) Head set probably 1 1/8 threadless correct ?

3) Seat post dia is probalby 27.2MM??

4) Front Derailleur. I don't think Serotta comes in Braze on so it probably is clamp on style but I need to know if I need to buy 1 1/8 or 1 1/4.

Did I forget anything else? Thanks for
any info provided.

1 3/8 inches but will vary with frame size , this is for the larger 56 cm and up so check if smaller frame please
