As apartment dwellers, we've had problems figuring out where to store our six bikes. I just finished hanging them using Cycloc hangers and am really pleased with the results. I thought you guys would like a look.

That looks fantastic! I might have to give that a try. Right now I have my wrecked Colnago hanging in the kitchen, but that's all.

Love it...there's almost something Warhol'ish about it, but I like it anyway!

Cool! Could stand to see a larger photo though.

cool!

i would recommend adding a toe strap or similar to each to keep the front wheel and bars pointing forward, that would be a nice finishing detail.

That does look really good!

I have 2 on my wall and in the beggining it looked pretty okay aswell. After a winters or 2 it doesent have that same appeal.. The wall could use some fresh paint and the floor some sanding and clearcoat.

Still its worth it cause its the only way to really know they will still be there in the morning. Lots of bike thieves out there this time of the year.

If only I had that much wall space...

...that is, that wasn't in the bedroom.

time to think outside the square!

Save money = lose the girlfriend.

Buy wall hangers = win!!

Yes, pretty cool-looking. Do you need a ladder to get the top ones down, or can you do it from the floor?

Good call.

Also install clock motors in the cranks so you can keep international cycling time. US Pacific, US Eastern, France, Spain...

J/K, looks great!

Baller.

Someone write Apartment Therapy ;)

Wife and I have the same problem. Except my solutions was just to put her bike in the basement

Funny you should mention that. They're Cycloc hangers and I posted six for sale in the Classifieds last week. HappyCamper bought 4 (thanks Bill) but there are still two available. :)

My wife doesn't have a problem - two of the bikes are her's.

I only need to be able to reach the chain stays and the bottom of down tube so all I need is a step stool.

You're right and that will be coming. According to the designer, all I need to do is rotate the holder slightly. That should cause the balance point to change and the front wheel to align. We'll see.
