I know they made these in a 40cm center to center width, but were they ever made in 42cm or 44cm widths?

38 and 40.

Though with all the guys riding drops on track going to really narrow widths (a lot of guys at 34! Going up to 36) I'm sure Easton will make some in 34 and 36.

Wider than 40, wouldn't you be best served with road bars?

The TKO is the classic road bend, stiffened up for track massed start events, a duplicate of the old Easton Equipe Pro. It was made in 40, 42, and 44 cm c-c. Now discontinued but you can find them around.

Thanks Lane.

As you say, they are the same shape as the greatest shaped bar in history, imo, the Easton Equipe Pro bend. For some dumb reason, Easton chooses not to make a round drop bar anymore so us lovers are left to scrounge around to find them.

Typically 40 is as wide as it gets. Soon it will be 38 for a sprint bar because handling is nearly the same but it is apparently significantly more aerodynamic
