OT: email hosting

i have a couple domains that i've been holding onto and i'd like to start using one for email. is there a hosting company that plays nice with iphone email and has good browser based email? also need to be able to send medium sized attachments.

i've tried the network solutions email hosting which works ok, but for some reason there's tons of lag. i can get the emails via iphone but sometimes they stay on the server for the browser and sometimes not. it's hit and miss.

ideally i could get yahoo or google to host it

iPhone just needs an IMAP server, correct? So basically any host is fine.

But Gmail would be the best in theory, because it supports push email, which means less battery drain.

i would not recommend Apple's even. been having lots o' problems even with all Apple equipment

friend uses icd soft with 24/7 tech support and has good results
