blackburn customer service?

for years i've avoided CF cages, as they tend to be a bit pricey. IMO, they all break sooner or later and its less painful to replace a $15 cage than a $50 one.

i now see that blackburn has a lifetime warranty on most of their products, including the CF cages. they look nice, and can be had for about $35 a pop. if they will indeed replace them NQA for life, i would be much more interested. anyone ?

i had a faulty pump head. i sent over an email stating this... and was greeted with a brand new pump (not just the head) 2 days later. yeah i'm a believer.

I have a set. They are sturdy and have a wide opening - I love the bottles find their way home in these cages.
