OT - plantar fibromatosis

I have the nodules in each foot. Right use to be good size and sarted shrinking and is now barely a lump. As the right one was shrinking the left foot started forming one (and is now large). the right was clear of any lumps before. My question is....
does anyone else have these and does cycling seem to irritate it? I have a very high arch which was new to me until the doc commented on it. It sems this high arch and not wearing arch supports started the problem. What's anyones else experience

You have to get good orthodics and use them religously. Also stretch the arches every day. It takes a long time, but it will get better.

Maybe the exercise is applicable to both, but I think you may have his condition confused with Plantar fasciitis.
