Yes.

Although a cheaper option is the Miche Primato track BB. ISO taper, comes in 107mm, 110mm, and 115mm lengths. No fixed cup, similar to Phil, so you can tweak the chainline a little if necessary.

I've used the 107mm version with a Centaur crank to get good chainline on my Steamroller. Chainring in the outer position.
