2009 Sciroccos vs 2011 Khamsins

I know that the Sciroccos are higher end than the Khamsins, but how do the 2009 Sciroccos compare vs the 2011 Khamsins? I gan get the 2009 Sciroccos for $60 more than the 2011 Khamsins (the 2010/2011 Sciroccos are ~ $100 more than the Khamsins). Is it worth the $60 to get the 2009 Sciroccos?

like Khamsins..I had a set on my master and they are now on my cross bike very stiff wheel..I would buy another set in a heart beat!!!
