View Full Version : identifying Campy 9s Cassette

I am going to sell a Campy 9s cassette but I'm not sure what version it is. It's a 12-21 and the two largest cogs are on a single carrier that has a "2" in a circle and says Campagnolo and 12-21. The 19T cog has 19^C3F stamped on it and the 21T has 21^C3P ("^" are triangles). Any way you can tell me what model cassette this is from this info? Any other info that would be helpful?

Chorus of the era(1998/9) had the last 2 cogs spidered together like the one you have but the next 2 were on a spider also(17-18). Same for yours? Also, if they were all steel, no titanium. Veloce were all loose. No Athena cogsets, Chorus came with Athena groups.

Actually the next 3 are on a single spider--16-17-18. there's a thick spacer (over a cm) between that spider and the one that carries the 19-21. Does that help?

Chorus as long as all the cogs are steel. Record if the biggest ones are titanium or if they are all titanium.
