What do you think this frameset would be worth? Trying to judge what to offer for it... it's in pretty good shape overall and is the right fit for me.

Damn, that's exactly what I am looking for. But too small.

Not knowing any of the particulars like..... are the HS and fork included? Age? Paint condition? I would think somewhere in 600-800 range.

closer to $1k. it looks to be in really good shape, taken care of. Doesn't appear to be that old, swaggered seatube. if the fork/headset asembly are included he could get $1k on eBay in may or june.

Two 2005 or so vintage Colorado III steel track frames like this were up for sale this last year, one with a Serotta flat-crown steel fork and the other with a Reynolds. Both were uncrashed, immaculate and original finish, never on the road, always ridden on the track, basically new. The one with the Reynolds sold twice, once for $550 and then for $650. The one with the steel fork is currently listed, I believe, at $850 with a CK headset and a custom matched-paint steel Salsa stem. It's an upgraded paint finish in pearl white with a little extra detailing. It has been listed now for about two years and still hasn't sold. FWIW, both I believe are 50x53, 74/74, 5 cm drop. Serotta track frames can be nice, but there are a lot of good track frames out there. In this market these days, even in track season, I think some of those estimates are wishful thinking. The lower priced one did sell at its price; the higher priced one (otherwise identical plus with a steel Serotta track fork) didn't sell at $200 more. Says something.

Interesting. Thank you for that input! She's a perfect fit for me... so it makes it that much more worth it.

There is a lot of work to do!
