Are they getting any better. I had a K-Force light crank (2005) that went bad after about 200 miles. FSA warrantied it with new cranks...which I sold on Ebay and purchased something else. They earned a pretty bad rep during this time. Is it getting better?

I am looking to purchase a quarq power meter, and it will be SRAM or FSA. I actually prefer the FSA, but don't want to go down that road again, especially with the investment in the powermeter.

they're on par with most folks at this point. That wasnt a QC thing back then, as much as a design thing (QC is benchmarked by execution of a design, so it could have been "perfect"ly wrong if you get my meaning)...

I think it's gotten better since their market presence has only grown since, and failures have been fewer and farther between, but I'd still rather not give them my money. Their designs are neither light nor stiff, just hum-ho all around. There are better options out there, but maybe not at the same price point.
